1. All appointments booked will be held only at The SHEdoll Emporium.
2. If for any reason, the client prefers a private consultation, a fee of $100 will be charged (Within the environs of Accra only).
3. All clients are entitled to a 1 hour appointment session.
◾ Clients who are late will still be seen to within the allocated hour of their booking.
◾ Clients should endeavour to arrive 10-15mins earlier.
4. Clients over 30 minutes late for their appointments will be rescheduled for another date.
5. Meeting with the designer requires a prior appointment booking. Walk-in clients will be assisted by our front desk receptionists.
6. Clients can bring in fabrics for first appointment.
7. Measurements will be taken at the first appointment (unless a later date is agreed upon between the two parties)
